Stan Lee nicknames
If every time you see Tom DeFalco's name somewhere, it throws you that he's not referred to as “ ‘Two-Fisted’ Tom DeFalco” (which I respect requires a triple dose of geekiness to see Mr DeFalco's name a lot, to recognize it, and to expect the epithet) then you will surely like Paul Cornell's proposed new Stan Lee nicknames for folks in the comix biz.
