Wow man, it's all about the lines written during the slavery years, plus the Louisiana Purchase, which was a government plat for devouring the Indians. The whole Mason Dixon lines thing appeared in something I blogged yesterday. A new civil war is breaking out, I think, and it's more than just the guilded cities with their beautiful football teams and uniforms: It's breaking out in the hinterlands now ...
