Rove Plame Novak Wilson

Why is Karl Rove about to go down in flames? I see that Digby has wrapped up the whole story in a tidy bundle for our convenience, in case you haven't been keeping up.

Am headed to the White House in my trench coat and dark glasses to join Move On's protest. This is extreme physical sacrifice since it is about 95 with the humidity factor. But you know it's a worthy cause (aren't they all?)

Love, Mom

Kate,

Thanks for "being there" for those of us stuck somewhere else. The problem is, we have all been there so many times - with so few good results, that you probably could have stayed in the air-conditioning and cheered on the kids. Sorry to be such a cynic today - but, I really think that Rove is going to skate on this one.

Me too, I's Mom; I think he will "walk" -- but guess what -- got my 15 secs of fame -- was on CNN --what a riot! Anyway...I can't NOT go when MOVE ON beckons.

Oh, drat! I actually caught the protest on CNN, and kept my eye out, but must not have caught the clip with you in it.

It's a sad son who doesn't recognize his own mother. :-))

Actually, I only knew because I had on bright pink slacks. No faces in that clip except other reporters.

And I's Mom, I think we are right about a clean slate for KR. It ain't over 'til the fat lady sings but she is warming up in the wings. See today's NY Times editorial. :-(

And to think.....we were worried about his father being President again. A true case of.."I was upset because I had no shoes, until I met a man who had no feet". I'd like to go back to being just shoeless. Actually, I would like to go further back then that, but that is just an old woman's fantasy.
